Bingo Players, Paul Bäumer and Maarten Hoogstraten, have been riding one crazy rollercoaster ride these last couple of years. The Dutch dj duo has officially outgrown the local bingo halls to play alongside the big ballers of the game. That’s what hard work and devotion can do. 2010 was another huge year for the Bingo Players. They topped the Beatport overall chart for the second time within six months, with their massive floor filler ‘Tom’s Diner’. They played gigs all around the globe; especially Australia and New Zealand were like a second home for the Bingo’s. Meanwhile remix requests from the likes of David Guetta, Fedde Le Grand and Green Velvet came in. And as if just plain busy isn’t enough for them, the Bingo Players also started their own record label, ‘Hysteria’. With hit records like ‘Devotion’, ‘Disco Electrique’, ‘Get On The Move’ and ‘Lame Brained’ on their résumé, and full support from superstar dj’s like Axwell, David Guetta, Sander Van Doorn, Laidback Luke and Joachim Garraud it seems things can’t get any better for the Bingo Players. But if you keep an eye on them you will learn that’s not true. The sky is the limit: the Bingo’s are here to play. Hold on to your cards: it’s game time!
