Описание: PORTUGUÊS:Supernatural (em Português Sobrenatural) é uma série de televisão norte-americana de suspense criada por Eric Kripke produzida pela Warner Bros. Television em parceria com a Wonderland Sound and Vision, que estreou em 13 de setembro de 2005 na The WB Television Network, e depois tornou-se parte da programação da The CW Television Network. A série narra a história de dois irmãos, Sam Winchester e Dean Winchester, interpretados respectivamente por Jared Padalecki e Jensen Ackles, que caçam demônios, fantasmas, monstros e outras criaturas sobrenaturais no mundo.
Kripke estava desenvolvendo Supernatural há quase dez anos; na sua ideia original, os Winchesters não existiam, a história baseava-se em jornalistas que relatava em suas notícias acontecimentos sobrenaturais. Como a The WB, emissora original do programa, não aprovou a ideia, Kripke reformulou o conceito da série e teve a aprovação. Os produtores executivos originais são Kripke, McG e Robert Singer.
As filmagens da série ocorrem em Vancouver, no estado da Colúmbia Britânica, no Canadá. Seu episódio piloto foi visto por mais de 5,69 milhões de telespectadores, e o índice de audiência dos quatro primeiros episódios levou ao canal The WB produzir uma primeira temporada completa de 22 episódios. Originalmente, Kripke planejou a série para três temporadas, mas posteriormente expandiu para cinco. A quinta temporada, que estreou em 10 de setembro de 2009, encerrou o enredo principal da série; no entanto, devido ao aumento da audiência das quarta e quinta temporadas, a The CW decidiu continuar a exibição de Supernatural. A série foi renovada para uma décima primeira temporada no dia 11 de janeiro de 2015.
É exibida no Brasil pelo canal a cabo Warner Channel e pelo canal aberto, SBT; e em Portugal, pelos canais pagos AXN e Animax, e pelo canal aberto RTP2.

The series tells the story of two brothers, Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester, played respectively by Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles, who hunt demons, ghosts, monsters and other supernatural creatures in the world.
Kripke Supernatural was developing for almost ten years; in its original idea, the Winchesters did not exist, the story was based on journalists who reported on their news supernatural events. As the WB, original station program, did not approve the idea, Kripke reshaped the concept of the series and was approved. The original executive producers are Kripke, McG, and Robert Singer.
Filming of the series take place in Vancouver, in the state of British Columbia, Canada. Its pilot episode was seen by more than 5.69 million viewers, and the audience rating of the first four episodes led to The WB produce a first full season of 22 episodes. Originally, Kripke planned the series for three seasons, but later expanded to five. The fifth season, which premiered on September 10, 2009, closed the main plot of the series; however, due to increased audience of fourth and fifth seasons, The CW has decided to continue the display of Supernatural. The series was renewed for an eleventh season on January 11, 2015.
