Welcome to Hey, Jade.

We are a hotline based non-profit charity for mental health. If you’re in need of advice, having struggles with your mental health or anything of the sort? We are your go-to source for that. We currently have 20 licensed therapists that are able to speak with you 24hrs a day. Whether that may be over the phone (1-800-hey-jade) or via email (info@heyjade.com) or chat on our website (heyjade.com/chat) Jade will also be available every Friday to answer any questions, concerns or offer any advice that you might need. We understand the severity of being mentally healthy and we’re here for you in an effort so that you know you are not alone.

Please note that all of our therapists share a patient client privilege with you. Meaning that they cannot speak of what is shared with them while conversing/advising/helping you.
