We Are Knives, or WAK, are a three-piece from Belfast that are currently on hiatus. They played loud, fast, hypnotic, avant-garde rock; basing much of their music on loops or cyclic phrases.
Both the guitar and bass parts were played with much two-handed tapping and sampling.
After they split in late 2008, Hornby and Craig formed the continuous battle of order.
