Bisweed
Описание: Maksim Adel, better known as Bisweed is a musician and DJ from Tallinn, Estonia.
Maksim’s taste in music comes from several electronic music genres, jazz, soul, R&B, reggae and classical music. These genres influence and shape his music production and live DJ performances. He is best known for his deeper dubstep works, however his music has a universal appeal, whether listened on the headphones, in the car or at the club.
Bisweed has produced music and been an active DJ for 10 years. He first released a vinyl record when he was 16 years old. Nowadays, his music is being streamed, given out on CDs, cassettes and vinyl records, sometimes on limited and exclusive presses on independent record labels all over the world, or even, on compilations released by such labels as Ministry of Sound.
Bisweed often performs in his native Estonia and has played shows in Austria, Russia, Denmark, Germany, Italy and other European countries. In 2019, as part of Tallinn Music Week showcase festival, Maksim successfully introduced dubstep music to the visitors of Viru Keskus, Tallinn’s central City Mall. Beyond that, Bisweed’s music was repeatedly used by Estonian National Ballet and Estonian Television.
Nowadays, he hosts a self-titled radio show on IDA Radio and, with fellow producers Dread and Slin, the Dubshack show on Raadio2. Bisweed teaches DJing and production in music school (Gustav Adolfi Muusikakool) and collaborates with local and regional musicians, producers and vocalists to deliver his melodic or percussive low-end focused music. Bisweed constantly develops and fine-tunes his production, knowledge and musical horizons. His record bag has well known hits, rare records, personal dubplates, and fresh or unreleased exclusive beats from around the world. His music is played and listened on SUB.FM, IDA Raadio, Raadio2 (ERR), Rinse FM (and Rinse France), BBC Radio 1Xtra, Kiss FM and many more.
Bisweed is young, but his music reveals maturity and sophistication beyond his age.
