The hotel LOCATION is attractive for business or other purpose visitors, because the hotel Beumonde is located within 2 minutes walking distance from the city’s main Rustaveli Avenue, where Z. Paliashvili Tbilisi Opera and Ballet State Theatre, Rustaveli Theatre named after Shota Rustaveli, Rustaveli and Amirani movie theatres, Georgian National Museum, The Art Museum of Georgia, The Museum of the Soviet Occupation, Giorgi Leonidze State Museum of Literature, Parliament of Georgia, V. Sarajishvili Tbilisi State Conservatoire, Tbilisi city assembly, Bank of Georgia, and many useful destinations are located. The place where the hotel is located is called “Mtatsminda” (Holy Mountain), which dominates the center of the city. Initially, the three-storey building was constructed to replace an old upper station of the Funicular (a mountainous cable-operated railroad (501 meters) with upper and lower stations) located at an altitude of 727 meters above sea level, in 1936-1938. A “different” and most beautiful structure of the building had become a symbol of Tbilisi.
