• О себе:Misha K, a Producer/DJ and a New York City Native. His love for and connection with music and the arts began at a young age. He was born into a family of Russian classical musicians. He began learning the piano at the age of 5, making his performance debut at age 7. At the age of 9 he joined the Metropolitan Opera House children’s choir, and began performing principle solo roles at the age of 11. At the age of 15, he started learning to play the drums and that’s when he discovered his love for house music, surrounding himself with his earliest influences in dance music such as Daft Punk, The Chemical Brothers, Booka Shade, Carl Cox, and Armand van Helden. With his life revolving around music, sharing the decks with some of the biggest names in house music at LAVO NYC, Marquee New York, Day&Night, and Pacha New York, it was only a matter of time until he began creating original productions; his very first track being featured on Ministry of Sound TV to over a million viewers. 2014 proved to be a pivotal time for Misha K, moving away from several previous production projects, focusing full force on his solo music, leading up to 2015 which has been truly a breakthrough moment for Misha K, with so much new music recieving accolades and Radio/Live support from some of the biggest names in the industry such as Tiesto, Dada Life, Deniz Koyu, Bingo Players, Arno Cost, Norman Doray, Dannic, Blasterjaxx, Galantis, Cedric Gervais, Fedde Le Grand, Merk & Kremont, and many more. With the way things are going, 2015 is shaping up to be one stellar year for Misha K. Misha K's musicianship, artistry, and attention to detail translate into his productions; creating energetic, moving, and captivating pieces of music that are bound to stay, far beyond just the "now".
