And sometimes, instead of worrying, you need to stop and look at everything amazing around you. Example: lily pads. Isn't it fucking unreal that they float on water and frogs leap from one to the other? Then imagine you could do that. Then go lay pillows all over your house and jump from one to the other. See? Life isn't all that bad. It's fun.
